The architectural design provides for the construction of a residential building in modern style for 15 apartments and underground parking on a total of 6 floors.
On each floor there is space for three apartments, each with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, spacious living room with windows facing different sides of the building, kitchen and distribution hallway within the apartment. Each apartment has a very spacious balcony. The vertical access is through two staircases. Each apartment has about 150m² of floor space. The total living area is about 2250m².
The partially greened facade gives a distinctive modern look and provides a unique eye-catcher. The Spanish town of Torrox is very famous nationwide and attracts thousands and thousands of tourists every year.
